Coffee Rub Pork Loin Overview

What You’ll Need:

3 Lb. Pork Loin Trimmed of Excess Fat

Medium Yellow Onion Roughly Chopped

15-20 Cremini Mushrooms Quartered

8-10 Garlic Cloves Peeled

3T Brown Sugar

1 1/2T Ground Southern Coffee Services Premium Dark Coffee

1t Sweet Paprika

1/2t Cinnamon

2t Kosher Salt

2T Balsamic Vinegar

1/3c Avocado Oil

Fixin’ the Meal:

Trim the excess fat from around the pork loin and heat the oven to 350°F. Place your pork in a parchment-lined roasting pan, arranging the onion, garlic, and mushrooms around the meat.

Fixing the pork roast

Mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, Premium Dark Roast coffee, and spices together. Pour this mixture directly over the meat.

Cover and cook for 1 hour. After an hour, increase heat to 450°F and remove the cover. Baste the meat with pan juices and cook for another 25 minutes.

After that, plate your pork loin and serve with your favorite sides.

We chose asparagus and Delta Grind Yellow Stone-Ground Mississippi Corn Grits.  But some garden fresh beans or new potatoes would be amazing.  Use whatever you grow!
